Now You Can Get Pentatonic Scale and Technique Mastery For 40% Off…
For just 3 days, until Sunday, June 11th, I’m offering a 40% discount on my Pentatonic Scale and Technique Mastery to you as one of my valued members. This course normally sells for $97 (DVD) but you can get yours for just $58.20, or you can get the instant access digital version for just $46.20.
Plus, when you get the DVDs, I’ll give you access to the digital version as well for free so you can have your cake and eat it too.
This course has always been one of my most popular and it’s one that I think every aspiring blues soloist should do, so I want to make it as easy as possible for you to have it in your library.
Wouldn’t you rather spend more time playing and enjoying your guitar than working on it?
I’m often asked how I make things look so easy and effortless when I play… like I’m just having the time of my life.
And my answer is always the same… it looks easy because, to me, it is. I don’t have to think anymore about where my fingers are going to end up so I get to enjoy those moments a lot more.
But please don’t get me wrong, I’m not trying to brag or make you feel bad because I know right now you might feel like it’s next to impossible to play smoothly and in control… and fast.
When I was getting started it was hard for me too. In fact, most people think I was “the guy” in high school and could outplay all of my friends… that this all came very naturally for me.
The reality was actually very different. I was really just average. The only reason I play better than most people now is simply that I kept going and didn’t ever stop like most people do (that’s not totally true, I actually stumbled upon a trick that bicycle racers use and applied it to guitar playing!)
But first I need to dispel a myth…
The myth is that you have to practice your technique for at least 2 hours a day to achieve any real speed and control on the guitar.
Now I’m certainly not going to say that you can be a virtuoso in just 15 minutes… that’s not realistic and you don’t believe that any more than I do.
What I’m saying is that there is a point of diminishing returns – both from the standpoint of what you get back from what you put in… and your mental attitude!
I know I say this a lot, but it’s called “playing guitar” for a reason. It’s not “working guitar.” It’s not supposed to be work, it’s supposed to be fun. This is our escape this is what we do to forget about the world and just enjoy some music.
And since you know that being able to play better equates to more enjoyment when you play, it’s obviously important to develop your ability and your control to a point where you are enjoying what you hear – but without doing it in a way that keeps you from having time for anything else.
So I saw a huge need for a solid set of information about building technique and playing faster without spending hours every day doing it. Pentatonic Scales & Technique Mastery was created using my own personal guitar “workout,” combined with what I’ve found be the most efficient and effective with my own students over the last 20 years.
“Better speed and control, especially with pull-offs. I used these techniques on SRV’s version of “Mary Had a Little Lamb” and they helped a ton with my timing.”
- Mike, CA
How Does Pentatonic Scales & Technique Mastery Work?
Good question… we start off with some technical tips and tricks (click the video to play or pause it):
Then some warmups to get the fingers moving a little easier:
From there we get into the most overlooked and underutilized element when building speed… timing:
Then we bundle that together with some cool melodic patterns and you’ll be playing faster, and knowing your scales better than you ever though possible:
“My fretting hand strength is slowly increasing, timing is getting a bit better, & speed is improving(eg, Pentatonic box 1 pattern played in 16ths up from low 60′s to 76 bpm. It’s starting to translate into my playing as I’m getting much closer to playing BGU Solo 6 at full speed than I was before I started this course.”
- Steve, CA
And finally, some fun stuff to use when you need to show off a little:

- Edward, HI
Given that it took me months of private lessons to learn the tricks and patterns that I’ll share with you in Pentatonic Scales & Technique Mastery, it would easily be worth over $1200 (at my current rate of $50 for a 30 minute lesson.)
But you can have the DVD version today for just $58.20, or split it up into 3 easy payments of just $19.40.
And for the instant access Digital Delivery version, it’s just $46.20.
Now, at this point, I’m supposed to throw in a bunch of “bonus” stuff and try to convince you that this is the best thing in the world for you.
To be honest, I just don’t want to do that. This is a fantastic way to improve your technique and your soloing. You’ll get a lot out of it, and you’ll really like taking your new speed for a spin.
If you already feel like you know your scales inside and out and don’t need to play any faster or smoother… that’s cool, I understand and no hard feelings.
But if not then I know this will really help you. And there’s no risk to you so give it a try today.
To get your complete copy of Pentatonic Scale And Technique Mastery just click the yellow “Add To Cart” button below with your preferred delivery method. “I feel I have made good progress. Previously I would struggle to keep time with any piece of music. I could count it if I wasn’t playing it but I could play it and count it at the same time. I still need to work on the drills to improve the speed and flexibility of my rind hand fingers but I have love the course. This is what I have been looking for more than 30 years. I have taken private lessons over the years only to have the instructors spend valuable face time trying to teach me riffs and chords that certainly help me play a specific song but don’t do much for the ability to read a piece of music (even if it is tab) and play it. I was not gifted with rhythm and am a very mechanical player but I love the blues and love it when I can play them.”
- Mike, MD
“The course is working well for me, I have noticed an improvement in speed on the fretboard and alot better in technique and timing. I think the course contains everything it should and in a manner that is understandable.”
- Marty, FL
“I was surprised at how soon my speed started to pick up. Also I’m becoming more familiar with the later box shapes – my previous tutor really just taught 1 & 2 and sort of vaguely referred to the rest as something I should probably look at later. I like the tight focus you keep on your courses. The objectives are clear and you keep to them. I find that much more useful as a learner than other courses that try to hurry people through the basics too quickly. So my recommendation would be to continue to maintain that focus in each course. It gives me a lot more confidence, when choosing to buy one of your courses, that I’m going to get exactly what I’m paying for.”
- Jeremy, UK
Remember, doing things the way you’ve done them is only going to get the results you’ve got now. Don’t wait for your frustration to take over and make you put that guitar away for good. This system has worked for hundreds of students and I know it will work for you too.
